BinaBola Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use binabola.id, BinaBola Statistics, BinaBola Statistics AI and BinaBola Venue Cam, and when you create a player account. BinaBola is run by PT Bina Olahraga Teknologi, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Your player account

When you create an account you confirm that:

• you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy;
• you are 18 or older, or a parent or guardian knows and agrees that you use BinaBola;
• your profile is public: your name, photo, the matches you add and their statistics can be seen by anyone, and you can appear on BinaBola venue leaderboards;
• you only add matches where the player is you.

Keep your sign-in to yourself. Use your own name or a name people know you by, and a photo of yourself or one you have the right to use. You can change these or delete your account in its settings.

Using BinaBola fairly

Please do not:

• add a player who is not you to your profile, or pretend to be someone else;
• use a name, photo or words that are offensive, misleading or belong to someone else;
• copy the site's data in bulk, or try to get around unlocks, limits or security;
• use recordings, clips or statistics to harass or embarrass anyone.

We may hide or remove a profile, a name or a photo that breaks these rules, and close an account that keeps breaking them.

Recordings, statistics and unlocks

Venue Cam recordings are made at the venue and belong to BinaBola and the venue. Some statistics, full match videos and downloads open only after an unlock, which you ask for on WhatsApp; the admin tells you the price before you pay. An unlock opens a player's statistics in that match, or a whole session, as the admin confirms.

You may download and share your own cards, clips and highlight videos for personal use, with BinaBola's mark left on them. Please ask us before using them commercially.

Statistics come from our analysts and software. We work to make them right, but a goal, pass or rating can be wrong; tell us and we will check it.

Our responsibility

We provide BinaBola as it is and work to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it.

Changes and law

We may change these terms and will show the date above. If a change affects your account, we will ask you to agree again when you next sign in. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
